Privacy policy
In short
Heartwood doesn't collect your data. We have no servers, ask for no accounts, use no third-party analytics or advertising, and never sell or share information. App Store privacy label: “Data Not Collected”.
Where your family's data lives
Everything you log (your baby, feeds, sleep, diapers, milestones, measurements and notes) is stored on your iPhone and, if iCloud is on, in your iCloud account through Apple's CloudKit. Sitewire AI has no access to it. Apple protects it under its own privacy policy.
Sharing with your partner
If you choose to share your family with someone, it's done with Apple's iCloud sharing. Only the people you invite can see it.
Artificial intelligence
The weekly analysis uses on-device Apple Intelligence. It receives only numbers from the log (for example, hours of sleep) and your baby's first name, and sends nothing to Sitewire AI. It never gives medical diagnoses.
Siri, widgets and Controls
If you use Siri, Apple processes your voice under its privacy policy. Widgets and Controls keep a small summary in a shared space on your own iPhone.
Children
Heartwood is for parents and caregivers. Your baby's information is entered by you and stays under your control.
Deleting your data
Delete the app from your iPhone. To remove the iCloud copy too: Settings › your name › iCloud › Manage Storage › Heartwood › Delete Data.

If anything changes, we'll post it here with the update date.
