On your iPhone and in your iCloud. If you move to a new iPhone with the same iCloud account, your data comes with you.
Siri doesn't understand the phrases
Open Heartwood once after installing or updating; that's when Siri learns the phrases. Example: “Log a diaper in Heartwood”.
The AI analysis doesn't appear
It needs an iPhone that supports Apple Intelligence, with it turned on in Settings. The week's numbers work on every iPhone.
I logged something on a widget and don't see it
Taps on widgets and Controls are saved instantly and move into the log the next time you open the app, with the time you tapped.
Does Heartwood give medical advice?
No. It offers evidence-based guidance but never diagnoses. If something worries you, call your pediatrician. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
